Rally 001 · Beyond Goals: the first evening of The Rallyes in Dubai

On 31 August 2026, The Rallyes held its first Rally in Dubai. The theme came from the pitch: Beyond Goals: Setting the Next Play. Once the goal is scored, the company built, the season over, what is the next move, and who do you make it with?

Those who said yes first

At dusk, the evening was already under way on the terrace at Nazcaa. By the glass stood a high table and a microphone. The evening was hosted by the founders of The Rallyes, Wissam Serdoun and Mathilde De Filippo.

The speakers answered standing, at the glass, with Dubai behind them. Among the voices of the evening: Boudjema L., founder of Royal Falcon, whose work lives between markets rather than inside them; Wesley Ngo Baheng, founder of La Causerie; Massaer Niang, co-founder of Sendu Innovation and Cap10 Aviation. In the room too, Allaoua Gaham, wellbeing expert and Chief Wellness Officer of Citi Developers, and Sarah Dossevi, founder of WUnite. Each of them arrived with something already built.

Inside

Inside, the bar sat under a sculpture of light, and the evening changed pace. Three guests bent over two phones at once. A woman made her point with an open hand while the man opposite let her finish. At a high table beside a projection screen, there was laughter at something no caption will explain. The talks had happened at the glass. The conversations happened everywhere else.
