From tech to aviation: Massaer Niang, co-founder of Sendu Innovation and Cap10 Aviation in Dubai
From a super-app in Senegal to an aviation platform between Dubai and Miami, the work of Massaer Niang follows one line: build the platforms that connect. Portrait.
1 October 2026

Senegalese entrepreneur based in Dubai, Massaer Niang has spent more than a decade building across Africa, Europe, the Middle East and the United States. He was one of the voices of Rally 001, the first evening of The Rallyes.
He launched his first company in Senegal at the age of 25, and built experience in communications, digital services and business solutions, working on projects for groups and institutions such as Hyundai, AXA and Bank of Africa.
Yess App
He then co-founded Yess App, presented as one of the first marketplace super-apps developed in Senegal: several everyday services within a single application, connecting users, service providers, merchants and partners. The experience taught him the practical challenges of marketplaces, mobility, on-demand services and user experience, and how to build digital ecosystems adapted to a local market.
Sendu Innovation
His move to Dubai marked a turning point. He co-founded Sendu Innovation, a company that designs digital platforms, business solutions and technology products for companies and institutions: business platforms, applications, marketplaces, management systems, process automation and, increasingly, artificial intelligence.
Sendu's approach goes beyond conventional software development: understand a business, its processes and its constraints, then turn that knowledge into an efficient, scalable product. It works across the digitalisation of administrations and institutions, aviation, real estate, financial services and CRM, in the Middle East, Africa and the United States. A significant part of its vision is focused on Africa: digital infrastructure adapted to local realities, built to international standards.
From technology to aviation
It was in Dubai that his career met aviation. The move was not a departure from technology but its continuation: aviation is a global, complex and still fragmented industry, in which operators, suppliers, asset owners, airlines, brokers and specialists often work apart. His conviction is simple: the next transformation of aviation will also be technological.
Cap10 Aviation
Cap10 Aviation, which he co-founded, was conceived not only as an aviation services company but as a digital ecosystem for aviation commerce, built around specialised, interconnected platforms: aircraft parts and components, ground support equipment, aircraft and private jets, crew and aviation talent, logistics, leasing, MRO and technical services, training and insurance. Dubai gives it proximity to the Middle East, Africa and Asia; Miami, one of the world's aviation hubs, gives it the Americas and the Caribbean.
“From Sendu Innovation to Cap10 Aviation, my vision remains the same: to build platforms capable of connecting users, businesses and markets, while enabling Africa to take its rightful place in the global economy.”
A personal vision
In his own words: “Africa should not only be a market that consumes technologies and services designed elsewhere. We must also build companies capable of creating, innovating and becoming international players.” And: “I do not see technology, marketplaces and aviation as separate activities. I see technology as a way to create simpler, more connected and more accessible ecosystems.”
